Data processing addendum

This template is for Ultra Max and Enterprise customers who need a DPA before they process EU personal data through PeopleCite. It is not a signed contract until countersigned.

Roles

Customer is the controller of search-subject personal data they request us to research. PeopleCite is the processor for that data, and the controller of account, billing, and abuse-prevention data.

Instructions

We process personal data only to run research, extract and score candidates, export slates the customer requests, and meter usage. We do not sell search-subject data. Sub-processors are listed in the privacy policy.

Assistance

We will assist with data-subject requests, deletion, and breach notice (without undue delay, and within 72 hours where required). Contact privacy@ — replace with your operator email before sending this to a customer.
